Steve has been a practising sport psychologist since 1985 and in that time has worked with international performers in more than 20 different sports.
In 2006 he was awarded an Honorary Doctorate for �outstanding work as a sport psychologist at national and international levels".
Of all his experiences, his work with the England Cricket Team and his appointment as Great Britain Team Headquarters Psychologist at 3 Olympic Games have received the most attention.
