Steve is an internationally recognised expert in resilience and mental toughness having published both research papers and a highly popular book in the area.His approach introduces participants to the impact of resilience and mental toughness on personal and team performance as well as providing a range of tools to facilitate coping with pressure and delivering excellence.
Although individually designed, his programmes draw on the four fundamental principles outlined in his book The Game Plan: Your guide to mental toughness at work. His learning approach is always very interactive and utilises group discussion, peer coaching, practical activities, storytelling and DVD footage.
